PadelTOP ("the app") is a padel tournament manager. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. We keep this simple because the app itself is simple.
The only information the app stores is the data you enter to run tournaments:
The app does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or any device analytics. There are no user accounts and no login.
The data you enter is used solely to provide the app's features: generating match schedules, tracking scores, showing leaderboards, and keeping a history of tournaments and player statistics. It is used for no other purpose.
To let you access your tournaments across devices, the player and tournament data you enter is stored on a private hosted database operated on our behalf (Render). It is transmitted over an encrypted connection. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and it is not used for advertising.
We do not share your data with third parties. The only processor involved is our hosting provider, which stores the data so the app can function.
Tournament and player data remains available until it is deleted from within the app. You can remove players and delete tournaments at any time using the app's controls. To request deletion of all data, contact us at the address below.
The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
